Hello!

Unlike my last post. I will not delete this blog. I noticed that it is used by many people around the world as a research resource and a means of reference for people who are starting collections of several artists already posted here.

Moreover, many people are still helping me with my collection of Shaura (ex. Juka). And it has left me very happy because I won that objects never imagined finding. And I will continue to use this blog to show my joy and satisfaction for the help and kindness of these people.

Another important issue: The Brazilian Fan Blog of Art Cube band was inaugurated recently. And I'm part of the staff at this blog. He was happy to support this band, which recently got my attention and lose my eye. With this, also started a small collection of them that will be published here soon.

to VIIth and VII-sense

To VII-sense

Much time has passed after the VII-sense disband. And for a long time I kept my silence, and I kept my feelings in secret with me. In really, it was so hard to me. To follow your favorite singer and his band for years, wishing see him in a live video again, singing your favorites songs... And, when you least expect, it's broken...
Yes, hard for a fan. But much more hard to the band. And I know it. The visual rock are not the same in Japan and, when an artist choose it, the way is so long.
VII-sense gave me much beautiful feelings with her songs. And all of the marked moments in my life, that I will never forget.

In fact, I still have no words. And for now, I just only says sorry, for the long time without expressing my feelings and thank you to VII-sense. Mostly for KAZ, who show me that an artist can be close to their fans using the means at our disposal . And Shaura,who don't understand english, but always tried to give us an answer for our crazyly fan's questions!

To VIIth

I can not forget to thank you all fans of VII-sense, that are called as VIIth! Without your support, our band maybe had not been on the road for 2 years. And, a special thank you to Ayaki, a special person that gave to many fans of VII-sense the opportunity to be near of them even without knowing us. We will always remind us of your support to the VII-sense. And also Fuji, a special an sweet girl that was my only way to keep Shaura in my life. Thank you so much.

Review: Art Sensation

Yesterday, I finally got my copy of:
"Art Sensation"- VII-sense & Art Cube Coupling CD!
A friend and I, bought this a long time.
And, after it, Brazillian Post Office went on strike!
Even worse, I'm wainting for a package from Celga Corp. since Aug. 19! And it is coming in an express method (EMS). It's really shameful, no?But the things are getting back to normal, and it looks like I'll have my package soon.

About Art Sensation, th single doesn't make me happy. VII-sense's song -Dystopia- wasn't what I expected... However, Art Cube's song -霧人形/Kiri ningyo- is a wonderful song! I can hardly wait to get my copy of "暁の舞/Akatsu no Mai"! There are two editons, one live-only and other regular, but you can buy regular edition on CDJapan.

One year to VII-Sense

It's been a year that the band VII-Sense made ​​its first release. I remember BLACK BIRD was my favorite song for a long time. I was looking for news and visual photos. I lost a lot of time making it...
Yesterday VII-Sense release his 1st mini album: "The Reminiscence of War" come with five song and come with some privileges in japonese stores like Brand-X and Zeal Link.
I order a copie. But by shopping service with a friend. I think I will take it late. But I am so anxious for it! I order from Brand-X and in that will come with a beautiful photo set with seven pics! New stuff to Mirra!

It's nice when a band that you like could be standing mater even with the competition of Visual Kei and especially the tragedies in Japan. But the strange thing is that sometimes I feel stupid collecting, by posting, and being fan ...

So, what makes a fan, if not living in the shadow of your artist?

REVIEW - The Reminiscence Of War [EN]

Today I finally received my copy of the CD The Reminiscence Of War, I bought in the Brand-x Store and I was very pleased by this. The package I got came with CD + Photo Set with 7 pics + comment DVD + In Store ticket. The photo set is really beautiful, and I quite liked the new look of the band. The comment DVD has 15 minutes and the members seem very friendly. It is a pity that I am not in Japan to go on "In Store", but I'll save the ticket as a souvenir.



Now let's talk about the songs!

Be Sacrificed
It is a remastered version released what was released on V.A. Explosion Case Show. The quality of it is clearly superior. The music has a guttural that no appeal. However, the chorus of it is pretty exciting. The guitars are in tune even though I still find the long solo is unnecessary. This is the only song on the CD that has the Shaura doing falsetto.

Shattered Sky
The music begins a Masato's solo that I quite like . Because of it he gained some prominence in this song, yet the guitars are the main instruments here. I see this song as a song "uncommitted"since it has an experimental air. The whispers on the piano were very interesting. But this mix of throaty whispers and reminds me a lot of bands with a pop appeal, which I do not know if it's good so far.

SEXUAL DESIRE
This song had already been distributed in a show and it was remastered. I really like how it develops. Shaura sings like a "light" and very attractive. Here's falsetto at the end of the chorus. But it do not bother me. Mikage in the battery leads the music with light, almost just marking time.

REVELATIONS
VII-Sense's fans had the opportunity to choose the name of this song. There was a contest to choose it before the end of the Red-List. REVALATIONS had his clip distributed at a show and has also been remastered. The music is really one of the best on this album, and I like to say that it is a complete song. KAZ starts with doing a solo piano in a classical style. Then come the guitars, bass and drum heavy, and now accompanied by an orchestra in a extreme harmony with the music. It is very exciting, and I'm imagining the performance of a live band. In it we have plenty of falsetto, but I really like in on this song. We have almost 2 minutes of guitar solos. Although it seems very, soils are very harmonic and not just single notes in the air. REVELATIONS is undoubtedly one of the best songs to this date.

Proudia
Ever since I heard the preview of Proud I enjoyed this, and I certainly was not wrong. It's hard for me to talk about it because it has a footprint, and especially a proposal different from other works of the VII-Sense. The song begins with a perfect quartet consisting of piano, guitar, bass and drums. Therefore in the following section, a guitar and suddenly ... Shaura tone up! I think that's what call more attention, the tone sung by him is different than we used to hear, and it certainly made ​​my ears more attentive. The chorus is very beautiful, accompanied by an orchestra, probably made ​​by KAZ on the keyboard. Until the end of the music piano is present, where KAZ show off their talent. The high point of music is when all the instruments are silent and suddenly a Shaura, beautifully, sings a solo creep anyone and after that remains accompanied by piano and orchestra. Undoubtedly The Reminiscence Of War is the best release of VII-Sense. The recording quality is impeccable. The band's evolution is clear and undeniable. And members are maturing with their new experiences.

I'm still sad that the band have fewer than 200 regular fans in Japan, and the numbers are growing. Actually I'm hoping that the single's release with the Art Cube can make the band grow a little more.

Video Session in Taiwan

No dia 2 de Outubro deste ano houve um evento chamado: "2010藝術之秋 - 視覺音樂祭".
Este, foi um evento de J-Rock promovido em Taiwan e contou com uma programação muito especial.
Com autorização de algumas bandas visuais japonesas, a equipe do Raku Music exibiu vídeos que foram reproduzidos em uma sessão especial para os participantes. Além, é claro, de vender material original e até mesmo autografado pelos integrantes das bandas exibidas.

Nesta sessão de vídeo, vários clipes foram reproduzidos. Entre eles o 3º PV do VII-Sense e um cometário mais do que especial da banda Secilia Luna. Onde o vocalista Mirai se esforçou e deu seus melhores comprimentos em chinês para os fãs de Taiwan!

Falando sobre os goods e CDs que foram vendidos, quem reservou ou comprou algum CD ganhaou um cartão postal de sua respectiva banda. Especialmente produzido para o evento, os cartões foram escritos em Chinês tradicional, além de serem devidamente autorizados e oficializados pelas bandas.

Mas para este dedicado colecionador, o que mais me impressionou foi o tratamento especial que a Raku Music me proporcionou. Após entrar em contato com a equipe, eu recebi um e-mail solicitando meu endereço e pedindo para que eu aguardasse alguns dias. E apenas uma semana depois, eu fui surpreendido, assim que cheguei em casa, após uma longa semana na faculdade:

Por sorte, eles entenderam o meu e-mail e talvez o quanto dedicado eu sou.
Apenas sei que fiquei muito feliz com o presente que veio de um lugar onde alguns já debocharam de mim. Mas, felizmente, nem todas as pessoas são iguais!
